Mark your graduation date
You have up to one year to use your credits. They expire once fully used or at the end of the 12-month period, whichever comes first.

Important program terms
- Cloudflare Registrar purchases, including domain names, are not covered by startup credits.
- Workers AI has a $50,000 limit for Cloudflare open-source models. Partner models are billed at standard pricing.
- R2 has a $10,000 limit under your startup credits.
- Cache Reserve has a $10,000 limit under your startup credits.
